Rochelle Marecheau, LMFT
licensed marriage and family therapist
rochelle enjoys working with individuals from a narrative perspective acknowledging that everyone has their own story apart from what society has labeled and written for them. narrative therapy sees problems and trauma apart from the person experiencing them rather than a determinant of their value in this world.
rochelle has trained in emotional focused therapy (EFT) to further assist in changing narratives partners may have about themselves and one another to encourage growth emotionally as individuals while still prospering relationally.
rochelle works hard to provide her clients with tools to thrive, not just survive.
she takes a special interest in treating high functioning depression and anxiety, grief, life transitions, veterans and generational trauma. rochelle sees individual clients starting at age 17 and couples.
