Regine Amos, LMSW

licensed master of social work

welcome! i'm regine amos, a dedicated therapist, with a deep passion for supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ young adults as they navigate the complexities of life and relationships. my focus is on empowering young adults and couples, particularly people of color, who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and imposter syndrome.

i understand that these experiences can be overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to go through them alone. my approach is person-centered, which means i prioritize your unique voice and perspective. together, we'll work to uncover and amplify your strengths, helping you to build a life that is not only manageable but deeply meaningful.

in our sessions, you can expect a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where you can express yourself openly and honestly. my goal is to help you find clarity, confidence, and a sense of purpose as you move through your journey. whether you’re just starting to figure out your relationships or dealing with the pressures of life's transitions, i'm here to support you every step of the way.

let's work together to create the life you envision, filled with authenticity, connection, and fulfillment.
